Full Journal pdf2012-04-15 Senate Journal Page 2347 SB 82 Message dated April 15 was read stating the House passed and returned for consideration CS FOR SPONSOR SUBSTITUTE FOR SENATE BILL NO. 82(JUD) "An Act relating to the procedures and jurisdiction of the Department of Health and Social Services for the care of children who are in state custody; relating to court jurisdiction and findings pertaining to children who are in state custody; and modifying the licensing requirements for foster care" with the following amendment: HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SPONSOR SUBSTITUTE FOR SENATE BILL NO. 82(HSS) 2012-04-15 Senate Journal Page 2348 Senator Meyer moved that the Senate concur in the House amendment. The question being: "Shall the Senate concur in the House amendment?" The roll was taken with the following result: HCS CSSSSB 82(HSS) Shall the Senate Concur in the House Amendment to CSSSSB 82(JUD)? YEAS: 20 NAYS: 0 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Coghill, Davis, Dyson, Egan, Ellis, French, Giessel, Hoffman, Huggins, Kookesh, McGuire, Menard, Meyer, Olson, Paskvan, Stedman, Stevens, Thomas, Wagoner, Wielechowski and so, the Senate concurred in the House amendment, thus adopting HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SPONSOR SUBSTITUTE FOR SENATE BILL NO. 82(HSS) "An Act relating to the procedures and jurisdiction of the Department of Health and Social Services for the care of children who are in state custody; relating to court jurisdiction and findings pertaining to children who are in state custody; and modifying the licensing requirements for foster care." The Secretary was requested to notify the House. The bill was referred to the Secretary for enrollment.
